Fresh Fruit Mint Salad

We took a trip to the West Palm Beach Green Market and found fresh mojito mint. We used some of it to make this refreshing salad. Visit Joe's Herbs and Ornamentals for the mojito mint and many other fresh herbs.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Watermelon, cut in small cubes
  • 2 Apples, cut in small cubes
  • 1/2 Lemon, juice
  • 1 tbsp Agave or other sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Mint

Method
 

  1. 1. If prepping ahead of time, mix fruit and refrigerate.
    2. When ready to serve, add lemon juice, agave and mint
    3. Mix and serve
