GF Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 cup
  • 1.5 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • MIx first 4 ingrediants in a large bowl.
  • Separately mix the rest of the ingredients (dry ingredients) in a med-bowl.
  • Slowly add and mix the dry ingredients (med-bowl) into the larger bowl with the wet ingredients.
  • Spray your baking pan with cooking oil or rub with butter.
  • Pour mixture into baking pan.
  • Bake about 50 minutes, or until incerted knife comes out clean from incerting into the center of the bread.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes; transfer to a cooling rack for about 30 more minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This is a wonderful bread to make if you have ripe bananas sitting around. The gluten free flour makes it tasty for those who have a gluten intolerance. Enjoy and let us know how you like it!
