
Sun Butter Dark Chocolate Bites
This recipe is nut free, dairy free, gluten free, and delicious! If you are looking for a nut free version of peanut butter cups, here it is!

- In a med bowl, combine ingredients for sun butter layer until mixed well. 2. Spread the mixture evenly in a square/rectangle glass container3. Refrigerate for one hour4. In a microwavable bowl, combine chocolate chips and sunflower butter; mix well.5. Heat in 15 second increments until almost melted all the way (30-45 seconds); stir the mixture with a spoon until achieving a smooth texture.6. Spread the chocolate layer evenly over the sun butter layer.7. Refrigerate for one hour8. Cut evenly and serve9. Keep leftovers (if you have any!) refrigerated
