GF Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 cup
  • 1.5 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Method
 

  1. MIx first 4 ingrediants in a large bowl.
  2. Separately mix the rest of the ingredients (dry ingredients) in a med-bowl.
  3. Slowly add and mix the dry ingredients (med-bowl) into the larger bowl with the wet ingredients.
  4. Spray your baking pan with cooking oil or rub with butter.
  5. Pour mixture into baking pan.
  6. Bake about 50 minutes, or until incerted knife comes out clean from incerting into the center of the bread.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes; transfer to a cooling rack for about 30 more minutes.
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

This is a wonderful bread to make if you have ripe bananas sitting around. The gluten free flour makes it tasty for those who have a gluten intolerance. Enjoy and let us know how you like it!
