French Brie with Walnut Honey Glaze

A quick and simple French delight.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel brie
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • 1. Remove brie from refrigerator about one hour before preparation to allow to reach room temperature
    2. Melt butter in med sauce pan in med-high heat
    3. Add chopped walnuts, cook for 1 min, then add cinnamon, gently mix for about 20 seconds
    4. Remove from heat
    5. Pour mixture over brie
    6. Serve with apple slices and/or crackers
